As a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Shipbuilding Industry Co.,LTD(CSIS,601989), Luoyang Sunrui Rubber & Plastic Science and Technology Co.,LTD locates in Luoyang National New & High Tech Industry Development Zone with 304 Mu (202,667 square meters), including 80,000 square meters workshops and more than 80sets of researching and manufacturing equipment. In 2013, the total assets sum up to RMB 480 million, while the registered capital is RMB 330 million. Luoyang Sunrui Rubber & Plastic Science and Technology Co.,LTD, formerly as the 12th lab of "Luoyang Ship Material Institute", established in 2008 as the Branch Company of CSIC in Luoyang, got its present name in 2009. Focused on science and technology research, we are mainly working on innovation R&D, manufacturing, marketing and consulting noise and vibration reduction (e.g. fastening system), engineering rubber (e.g. Gasholder seal) and environment-friendly productions. As gasholder seal supplier, the annual sales area is over 80000 square meters and we cooperate with many famous enterprise. And now Luoyang Sunrui Rubber & Plastic Science and Technology Co.,LTD has become a leading company in Rail Transit area. Where there is underground line, where Sunrui rail fastening system can be found. GJ-3 fastener is the most preferred method to get 10 dB vibration reduction. The GFU sleeper market share is more than 70%. We have now more than 300 staffs, including 2 professors, 15 senior engineers, 40 engineers; 3 PhDs, and 50 post graduates. An efficient researching team and the advanced 1:1 railway transportation Noise & Vibration Reduction Lab were built. With strong scientific innovation strength and researching facilities, we have undertaken a lot of important State projects, such as: State New & Key Products R&D Project and etc. Meanwhile, we have achieved more than 80 patents (including more than 30 invention patents) in hand.
